Dereck and Mona are both very professional and a joy to deal with. He arrived at the time he said he would. To say the least, he went beyond the call of profit to show us various things about the fans, the switches and even showed us how to set both our phones and our Amazon Alexa to control the fan he put in our Great Room. Dereck left the work areas in our home clean and he took all packaging materials with him as a courtesy so we would not have to dispose of them ourselves.
