9/29/2025 Contacted Kevin for a malfunctioning fridge. He responded back with detailed information about what might be causing the problem and gave me some troubleshooting tips. I had also been speaking with the manufacturer and had an appliance tech come out, with recommendations ranging from putting in a dedicated circuit to buying a new door for the fridge. Kevin would have come out and installed new outlets if we wanted, but he knew the problem wasn't with our electrical, and he thought buying a new door was excessive. B... read more
We contacted Kevin in the morning. He was in the middle of a fairly large job but took time to clarify what we needed. We were pleasently surprised when he was able to come in the late afternoon of the same day and we were so happy with the price. We definitly know who we are going to call in the future.
