John helped me understand the state of our furnace exhaust chimney and recrowned our chimney cap which had fractures. His bright and engaging demeanor is extremely pleasant. John explained each course of action we could take to address our issues and was very patient with questions. I feel that he helped us make the best decision for our situation and I recommend his talent, experience, and wisdom. Would do business with again.
