We purchased many things at one of their estate sales yesterday. One thing in particular was a watch. It had a very specific description card with it, so we made the purchase. After having to take it to a jeweler just a bit later (Because the band was broken. But we do not fault them for this, we should have checked it out better.), the jeweler informed us that this was not the watch as it was advertised. Fake Descriptions on things and Fake Prices .. worst experience ever. As Far as i saw there were two a man and a woman running the estate sale . the man was trying to Help but the lady was Rude! I dont Recommend this company.
They sold my friend a watch with an inaccurate description. When my friend tried to return it due to their mistake, they refused. And not politely. So now my friend is stuck with an overpriced watch. Bad business!! In the age of covid you would think businesses would want to do the right thing. Not this place. 😱😠😵👎

This company by far is my go to whenever they had an estate sale. Set up is always very comfortable to walk through and great prices. This is the first estate sale that sometimes offers a virtual walk through before a sale! This by far beats “to me”looking at photos you have to try and blow up to see all of WHATS there. Bottom line wether you stop in at their fabulous store in Ocoee or at an estate sale I’m there and you should to.

First you could stop treating your customers like thiefs by not allowing women to carry in their purses. Second - lower your prices. Not only are you not doing your client a service by not moving merchandise but by overcharging the way you do the only person doing any stealing is you!
