Came out late night saturday to help me turn off my busted water tank. Was quick and helpful, and the only plumber in the area that would help on a Saturday night. He even tried to help over the phone before we realised it needed his expertise.
The guys were so helpful and quick to attend our property after we had a damaged waterpipe under our concrete slab (which nobody else could find, despite our water meter ticking over 1L every few seconds). They investigated the leak, were able to locate it immediately (with a leak detector device) in our loungeroom and fix it within 1 hour and minimal mess.
