Horrible customer service and the car wash is even worse. Don't go to either location in town. Would give them 0 stars if that was allowed.
Expect long lines, and a wash that will scratch the finish of your car. Additionally, very frequently you will pay for a higher level wash, only for them to give you a lower tier wash when you go through the machine. I've given this place a lot of business, but I can't do it anymore, not when there's other places in town that will actually wash your car the right way for a decent price
The young gentleman, Lucas, at the CY location was incredibly kind this morning. With the cold weather, he went above and beyond to take extra care of my vehicle. I truly wish you offered Venmo or Cash App options for tipping, as most people don’t carry cash anymore. I will definitely keep an eye out for you, Lucas, next time so I can make up for not having cash today. Thank you for your hard work!
Almost rear ended car in front of us because dry boys were in break room instead of working. Car in front of us stopped to get towel dry and tracks continued to push us them. When we honked three boys came out of break room and told the car to leave, walked backed in break room. Then one came out to stay half our car before car behind us almost rear ended us.. no adult on staff to be seen. At 230 on 11/25... Car wash results could have been amazing if you had responsible workers.
