We went to Let'r buck west side after the recent snow and waited in line. We went through and the guy at the beginning sprayed our truck and then we went through the whole wash and nothing happened, no spray, no soap nothing. Got to the end and the dryers didn't even come on. We talked to the manager and all he could tell us was sometimes that happens when they're busy. Horrible customer service and the car wash is even worse. Don't go to either location in town. Would give them 0 stars if that was allowed.
Expect long lines, and a wash that will scratch the finish of your car. Additionally, very frequently you will pay for a higher level wash, only for them to give you a lower tier wash when you go through the machine. I've given this place a lot of business, but I can't do it anymore, not when there's other places in town that will actually wash your car the right way for a decent price
The young gentleman, Lucas, at the CY location was incredibly kind this morning. With the cold weather, he went above and beyond to take extra care of my vehicle. I truly wish you offered Venmo or Cash App options for tipping, as most people don’t carry cash anymore. I will definitely keep an eye out for you, Lucas, next time so I can make up for not having cash today. Thank you for your hard work!
