I want to thank Wes & Taylor again for the services they completed on my 2002 BMW 325i after experiencing coolant lose about 10 miles out of town. They got me back on the road the second day after bringing it in without an appointment; I'm back on schedule for appointments. I recommend their services when you need them.
Alignment, oil change with air filters, rotate & balance tires, checked brakes & struts... for a pickup: 289$ all that done with a scheduled appointment in under 2.⁵ hrs... great work, no upselling nor telling me that my piston-converter-value needs replaced before it blows the engine (lol! You get my point)... I felt like I was be given trustworthy estimates, advice, & work! Thanks!
We were staying in town. I needed bolts on a hitch to be torqued to a specific ft lbs. They were kind enough to take care of this quickly and were extremely kind. They went WAY above and beyond. Definitely recommend this shop.
I highly recommend this place for all of your automotive repair needs. The 2 ladies in the office are the absolute best. Courteous and extremely helpful. Took great notes on what my issues were. One even went the extra mile and contacted my extended warranty company and verified coverage. Saved a bundle. The mechanics did an excellent job at an honest price to resolve my truck's issues. Will definitely use them for any of my future repair needs!
