Waste of time , had my car for 3 months and didn’t nothing , only lied on phone . Thanks for my insurer that they change garage .

Do not use! Our car has been there for 12 months. The insurance company chose this garage after a no fault accident. No updates, avoids calls, a recovery company are currently trying to speak to them to recover our car and move to a new garage. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Our car has now run out of MOT, we’ve had to sworn it as is unlikely to pass an MOT even after having the damage repairs as it has been in parts in the garage gathering dust ( seen when we’ve just turned up!) for 12m. Our car had to be seized from Lesters by our insurance broker along with 19 other vehicles all in for repair, some as long ago as 2021, and relocated to another garage. Lesters lied and said they were completing repairs when in reality our vehicle had never even been assessed yet it had been there since Aug 2022. Never ever send your car for repairs here. UPDATE JAN 2024 got my car back finally! Owner put a new MOT on the car for me and work that was done was good quality. ORIGINAL REVIEW they have had my car for 7 months, minor bumper damage. every time you call they have no update for you, say they will call you back but never do. I doubt my car will even be drivable, it has been sitting for months, the breaks have probably seized up. I will be going to pick up my car, ready or not, and take it to a different garage.
