Mr. Lester was very nice and polite when we contacted the company about removing some fallen trees after a storm in late September. However, despite being told multiple times that someone would come to handle the job, they never showed up. We eventually had to hire another company, which not only completed the work but did so for less than the original quote we received.
I'm not sure how to post an honest review score so I'll pick the middle. He quoted $800 for leaf removal on less the 1/2 an acre. Yikes and no thanks! If you didn't want to do it just say so instead of quoting over 6 times what was paid last year.
