I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY....ESPECIALLY AN employee named Shelly.....I reached out on January the 3 and spoke w/a lady named Katie. She said that I would have to leave a v/m for Shelly and that she would be the one assessing it and calling me back. NO CALL!!~so I called back, got in touch w/Shelly and she promised to be out at my facility on 1/7.....I called her back on 1/8 and she said she didn't go yesterday (7th) but would go today (1/8)......So I called on 1/13 and she said " I don't know, I have to chec... read more
