Not sure how to rate here since I never met the guy. I would encourage you to introduce yourself to your patients before a procedure. Gives them some reassurance on what’s about to happen otherwise the message is your just another number in line. Pretty standard procedure at least it was on all the other procedures I’ve ever had in my life. I’m giving 4 stars because I’m still alive.
