I needed them to lift an area that was giving some other house levelers issues, because of the weight. They said they could do it and sabotaged the work that had been already done to weeks before and really couldn't lift the area all the way. They stole the shims and had my back door jammed. I found this company through yellow pages and was extremely impressed with the couple who did the estimate and the final price quoted was exactly the amount I paid...no hidden or extra unnessecary services added after the job was done...the price was the best I could find and I did have 3 other companies come out...those other companies were overpriced and talk about rude!!!...later when the job was in progress I got to interact with the foreman and his crew...they were very professional and even did more for my house than j... read more

I have heard from some of my friends and co-workers about the complaints of service and pricing. But I decided to give them a chance and I was wrong. The man and woman that came to my house were very inconsiderate and very unprofessional. STEER CLEAR!

They changed the time of the estimate over and over. Very pushy and extremely rude in person. They were very nice and considerate over the phone but not in person. And the estimate was a joke, kept telling me im gonna need this and that, when I did not ask for any extras. Other contractors told me the things that Lester said I needed to replace were fine.
