Went on a tour of Lester Senior Living given by Shelly-Ann. She was cheerful, pleasant, and very informative in regard to the facility.
I would give them zero stars but it won’t let me. I have absolutely nothing positive to say!! It is awful and looks like a hospital. “Outsiders” as they call family and friends are NOT allowed in the dining room. Food for dinner need be picked a week ahead of time and circled on a piece of paper that looks like a school cafeteria paper. No staff is nice or helpful.
