We are very happy that we moved to Lester. Shelly-Ann Bruce and all the other Lester staff were very patient and helpful in making sure that this was the right decision for us. Shelly-Ann even booked us in for an activity so we could meet with some of the other residents. It is a stressful process but everyone at Lester made it as easy as possible.
My family had an outstanding experience with Lester Senior Living. The Admissions Coordinator was exceptional — supportive, patient, and truly with us every step of the way as we transitioned my mother into the community. They made a complicated process feel smooth and reassuring, offering clear guidance and thoughtful communication throughout.
