I've been a loyal customer at this Mazda service center for a long time, mainly for oil changes, and I’ve always appreciated the quality of service and the clean waiting area. But I am extremely disappointed with the recent price hike. The website used to advertise an oil change coupon for $80, which I regularly took advantage of. This was my first visit: Daniel, the service manager, was great. Service was done quickly and all the car's needs were addressed. Very pleasant experience! Then I went back there because I was having an issue with my my thermostat which was never addressed. They wasted 3 days of my time and Anthony the so-called service manager broke the seat of my car. First time here great manager great workers all around great experience
I have leased and purchased three Lester Glenn Mazda vehicles over the past 10 years. I have never had any major mechanical issues with any of them. It is very important to me, for safety reasons, to only bring my vehicle to the Lester Glenn Mazda Service experts for maintenance and small repairs as I commute over 300 miles a week for work and frequently have my young son in the car with me. The Service Team is always a pleasure to work with – especially Ken and Anthony. Thank you for always being kind and honest!
