I had bought a 2019 hyundai tuscon on Feb 19th 2025 from Crystal shw was wonderful! Bit I noticed on Thurs the 39th it starting to pull to the right and left and when I braked at high speeds the rotors were needed to be changed on the back right there is a digital in it .I called on Friday morning and got an appointment for Tues. At 1:40 to air or it .they knew what had to be done I told them ot needed an alignment and rotor. Always willing to help with the car issues
Update - the paint is peeling off my 3 year old car. Took more than a month to get an appt and my 2021 with less than 15000 miles on it needs a new engine. They really dont seem to care. Left a voice-mail for my service tech, no reply. Sent 3 people emails about my car issues, no reply. Got a text invite to fill out a survey, replied and not texted back. Just found out that my reviews and surveys are being reflected back on the service tech Brian. My reviews have NOTHING to do with him in any way.
My wife and I went to Hyundai Lester Glenn this afternoon for a new car, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Sal Cuomo SR, our salesman, was informative and very knowledgeable about the features and pricing. Everything was very straightforward and easy. No guesswork or hidden fees. Anthony Mangano in finance was splendid as well. He was personable and made the paperwork very easy to understand. We will be telling all of our friends about this place and be back for many years to come!
Over priced parts.Just paid 20$ and( returning) for 2 nuts and bolts that I found from another Hyundai dealer for 6$..
