If I could give them a zero I would . Jeff Wyler just sold my daughter a van 3 weeks ago and now the transmission is out. They won't fix it, they won't do a flat cancel of the loan, and they won't trade her out with something comparable. They are taking the $22,000 she paid for this van and telling her sorry "We can't help you." Scheduled my first free oil change online for my 2026 Black Edition Ridgeline. Received a call from Allen Honda to confirm my appointment and get my mileage. Drove a hour to get my oil change done and they came back 5 minutes later and said we can’t do the oil change because you only have 3100 miles and it needs to be over 5000 miles. I explained that the first oil change should always be early because the first is always the most critical for the engine. I scheduled a service appointment for next week Monday for my 2026 Passport this morning. Next thing you know , I noticed a nail sticking out from my rear tire 😳 I call the Service Dept and asked if I could bring my Passport in for them to take a look at it . DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE OR REPAIRS!!! They are useless and overbearing. Ive had so many problems with them since I've came to Honda from Mitsubishi . They are money hungry and they will inconvenience in any way possible. About a year ago I had a 2011 honda with an ac that didn't work. I brought it in to get an estimate on how much it would be to fix they told me once they replace the fluid in the system it will be fixed and only $400. I have bought Honda's since the year 2003 and bought 4 of them at this dealership. I have always loved coming in here, but after a recent experience with my 2022 HRV, I appreciate them even more. My car ended up needing a fully new transmission that would cost quite a bit. Dwight and his team contacted Honda corporation on my behalf to see if they would help with the cost. Honda stood by their car and ended up paying for almost all of the fix. I can't recommend this place enough! Thanks to everyone there for helping me.

I purchased my 2026 HR-V on February 12, 2026, almost 2 months and I still cannot register my vehicle, just because I live in Indiana???? I completed the VIN inspection twice (first one was lost in your office)... How long I have to wait to register my vehicle???? DO NOT BUY VEHICLE IN A DIFFERENT STATE THAN THE ONE YOU LIVE IN!!! IT IS KIND OF COMPLICATED, LIKE YOU BOUGHT IT AT THE DIFFERENT CONTINENT, NOT JUST FEW MILES AWAY!!!
