I came down to pick up customer vehicle, and have to say that their customer service is horrible, disappointed with dealership.
They didn’t check my tire pressure and also didn’t reset the oil life monitoring system after paying for “The Works” oil change/vehicle inspection. Been coming here for years and this is the last straw… Lester Glenn over-charges and under-delivers.
This service department is so difficult to deal with. We’ve leased two Escapes and bought an Escape from the dealership, which was great. But the attitude from the lady at the service desk is horrible. Brought the car in last week due to a faulty cooler relay, same problem. We had three years ago. They tell us the issue it is covered by the warranty, but they are charging us $100 deductible to fix a $20 part that takes two seconds to change. The same part needed to be replaced three years ago.
