I could not be happier with the service provided by Dan Paganelli and his team. From the initial assessment of my Jeep, to a tour of the body shop, and a Jeep now that looks as good as new, my experience could not have gone better. It is worth noting that I had other body shops in my locale to choose but decided on Lester Glenn given its reputation for excellent work. The work performed exceeded my expectations. If you are considering which body shop to use, I whole heartedly recommend Dan and his team!
We brought our jeep to Lester Glen collision center for a warranty repair. Our 2021 Jeep Rubicon the paint was starting to bubble, which was a manufacturing flaw. Dan, the body shop manager was unbelievable! He took the time to show us his whole body shop facility and how it works and explained in detail the process of going through the warranty and what to expect. Not that I’m ever looking to need a collision center, but the experience I had with Lester Glenn Collision Center definitely softened the blow of what would normally be just another part of a painful process. Lester Glenn made good on corrosion service for my 2021 Wrangler (not purchased there). The process was very professionally handled, and the staff couldn't be nicer. If you read the online forums about this issue, most people are having absolute nightmares situations with this service, but Lester Glenn comes highly recommended. Excellent customer service!
My 2024 Buick Envista was involved in a collision. The auto team did an excellent job in the repairs. Gary Kosty was the lead handling the repairs to my auto, he did excellent job in keeping me informed and supervising the repairs being made, he is truly a asset to Lester Glenn
