I need to take my Jeep in for an oil change, tire rotation, and the typical inspections for the mileage I’m at. After my last experience with Lester Glenn I said I’d never go back there again. So this time I’m bringing it to Pine Belt even though the oil change is going to cost me almost double what it did at Lester Glenn. Lester screwed me twice already you know what J Cole says. I’m not one to leave reviews often/if at all but yeah really disappointed with the quality of service I received. Would have to agree with all of the newer reviews left.
I’ve brought my 2020 Jeep compass in for service for a few reasons we were told we needed a new radio. This was October 12. We’ve been patiently reading for our radio delivery date has always been pushed back when I called the service manager. She explained that it’s a refurbished radio not a new radio, but a refurbished radio there is nothing in My Bill or anything was ever said about a refurbished radio I was told I needed a new Radio.
