I’m not one to leave reviews often/if at all but yeah really disappointed with the quality of service I received. Would have to agree with all of the newer reviews left.
I’ve brought my 2020 Jeep compass in for service for a few reasons we were told we needed a new radio. This was October 12. We’ve been patiently reading for our radio delivery date has always been pushed back when I called the service manager. She explained that it’s a refurbished radio not a new radio, but a refurbished radio there is nothing in My Bill or anything was ever said about a refurbished radio I was told I needed a new Radio. Can't handle recalls or repairs on any diesel trucks! Don't not buy any commercial service trucks from these people!
Wish there were negative stars. Unbelievably bad experience. Totally incompetent front end staff. Techs seem fine.
