This is the 3rd time I called the service center for service on my 2025 Trax and when I show up at the dealership for service there is not record of the service. Maybe the two owners that are always on TV should be spending their money on a better call center than TV advertising. Service sell cars....yes you get a good deal when you buy a car; however, the service call and text center sucks...
