Disappointing Experience with Highlights and Poor Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I’ve had bayan do my hair twice and she absolutely killed it. Super sweet and accommodating! Love her and will totally be coming back, only trust her with my hair!!

I came in for a haircut and a blow out after spending many years cutting my own hair (badly). I was lucky to be paired with Louise who took time to understand the style I wanted, my hair history and routine, and did not judge how uneven my hair was from years of non-professional cuts. She did a wonderful job achieving the look and shape I desired and she was able to straighten my thicker 3a hair like I wanted. I will definitely book with Louise again!
