I brought my 4-year-old in for a quick trim — literally just thinning out the ends and cutting a straight line at the bottom. It took less than 5 minutes, no wash, no blow-dry — and they charged me $70! When I politely asked for an explanation, the older lady who came over was incredibly rude and dismissive. Completely unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration (and your money) — go to the most frugal salon I promise you’ll get more service out of them than here, and perhaps even better customer service

I was really surprised because this has never happened to me before. I took my daughter to get an appointment for hair coloring at 6 p.m., and they told me they could do the coloring the same day. I agreed. When they finished coloring her hair, my daughter came out with her hair completely wet, and even her shirt was wet. There was a lack of skill. I felt very awkward and uncomfortable when she did my hair color because the color paste dripped on my black gown and on my face quite often, I was very worried that it might drip in my eye when she did my front hair. My dress around my neck was wet when she washed my hair. Half of my hair was left wet, I don't know why. Color uneven, my front hair looked like I was electrocuted and some not even dried properly and she said " You are all done" And I paid for this service $158 something lol. Friend ... read more
