Nala and I were very comfortable waiting. Staff is very caring. Nala was so comfortable that she jumped onto the counter and explored the whole waiting room.
The staff were very welcoming. The place was a little cramped, it seemed, because they had to divert me to a back storage room to pay, so I wasn't in the way of another dog and owner coming into the clinic. The price they quoted me for a surgery was almost double of what I was quoted from another vet clinic though.
