Multi-zone house. Trying to support my local businesses I called in June to replace thermostats. They came in July and said they would schedule a service date. I called them again in August for an update, and they said they would get back to me. Now September and I am still waiting. They never reached out to offer a service date or apologize for the delay. This company just doesn't seem to care. Can't recommend.
