I had a rough experience during my move when one of the movers acted very rude and arrogant, which made the day stressful. However, I have to say the owner and office staff completely turned things around for me. They were extremely kind, patient, and understanding — they listened carefully to what happened, apologized sincerely, and made me feel heard and respected. We had Matt and Mike from Less Stress Movers help us move out of our home, and they did a fantastic job. They carefully wrapped our furniture in plastic or moving blankets, making sure everything was protected and keeping our new place clean during the unload.
