Shaun in dispatch was communicative and friendly. Devin came out and did a professional job on pulling our vehicle out of snow. Would definitely use Lesperance again! Had called one other local tow company and CAA assigned a tow company that took the call but never gave a response in the hour they had the assignment. They were both not good to deal with whatsoever. Called CAA to cancel the bad one... and Lesperance, who is a CAA partner too - took us on and serviced us well.
