My car got stuck in the snow today and Louie from Lesperance Towing came to help me out. He was friendly, professional, and really went went above and beyond to get my car out safely. Shaun in dispatch was communicative and friendly. Devin came out and did a professional job on pulling our vehicle out of snow. Would definitely use Lesperance again! Had called one other local tow company and CAA assigned a tow company that took the call but never gave a response in the hour they had the assignment. They were both not good to deal with whatsoever. Called CAA to cancel the bad one... and Lesperance, who is a CAA partner too - took us on and serviced us well.
Got rear ended on the highway, the fastest response I have ever seen Entire staff was friendly and family oriented My husband is a tow truck driver himself and even he was impressed with their service 10/10 would recommend to anyone
