Les is outstanding. I was recommended to Les by a friend. I was having daily Muscular Neck Pain. After my first two visits , I felt 100 % better . Les showed me multiple exercises and stretches to help maintain a good healthy posture. I still continue to go for Massages every 2 - 3 weeks +/- and I feel great . Lespaul listens to what you are telling him about what brings you to him. He not only works on the root problem, but also gives you the tools (ie videos of stretches to do at home) to help continue healing.
