Dr. Lespaul was very thorough with my deep tissue massage. Very professional, knowledgeable, and great stories! Not only is my back/shoulder pain gone, but he also taught me stretches to keep me feeling pain free. He even gave me suggestions for pillows, and other things that can help keep me pain free! Amazing experience, would recommend to anyone!

Always love my massage
I had a great experience with Lespaul. He combined deep oscillation therapy with deep tissue massage for my leg, foot and arm injuries, and I noticed the improvement the day after the massage. Lespaul is extremely professional and a master at his craft.
Les is outstanding. I was recommended to Les by a friend. I was having daily Muscular Neck Pain. After my first two visits , I felt 100 % better . Les showed me multiple exercises and stretches to help maintain a good healthy posture. I still continue to go for Massages every 2 - 3 weeks +/- and I feel great . Les is a Wealth of Information to help live a healthy life.
