Best Oral Surgeon/Dentist in New England. Extremely skilled and professional and does the best and most beautiful implants. I live in South Burlington and there’s no better and more qualified Oral Surgeons to do implants in Chittenden County so I don’t mind going to Barre. I had three implants done from 2011- 2024 by Dr. Lesny and I am very satisfied. I always get compliments on my smile. His staff his also great. I highly recommend his practice.

Dr. Lesny is a skilled Oral Surgeon who put me at ease with his professional manner and approach to my treatment. I completely trusted him and his wonderful staff. Their attention to detail and my comfort was so appreciated. The office is bright, clean and welcoming. This is one of the BEST healthcare practices I've been to - highly recommend!
Dr. Lesny is thorough and professional. He and his staff are kind and caring. They are a busy surgical office and therefore sometimes it is necessary to wait for an appointment, but this understandable in a surgical office. They give their full attention to each patient. I highly recommend New England Oral Surgery and Dr. Robert Lesny.
I had a post for a dental implant done by his colleague on Monday, the cap for which fell off on Tuesday. I called at 8:30 on Wednesday for an appointment, and got one for 11:45 for Lesny. I was told thios would be a simple procedure, so I agreed to that. As a result, I cancelled some of my patients - I am a NP - in order to go to that appointment. I got a call back at 9:30 saying that Lesny did not want to see me as I was the "other doctor's patient" and could I go in another day. No recognition that I had rearranged my day... read more
