Horrible customer service here. Came in for chlorine test drops. Got handed the wrong bottle (no issue, mistakes happen). Went back and they insisted on charging me the difference (about $5)...Wow! I get to pay for your mistake...not ever again. I'll take may pool business elsewhere.
