Thanks to Catelynn for helping a mom out at last minute. The website had one price for an older model of this basketball hoop but the company apparently upgraded it and didn’t update the website. Well, Catelynn helped me out and gave me a discount to offset some of the cost due to the confusion from the website. Location is clean and organized.
Horrible customer service here. Came in for chlorine test drops. Got handed the wrong bottle (no issue, mistakes happen). Went back and they insisted on charging me the difference (about $5)...Wow! I get to pay for your mistake...not ever again. I'll take may pool business elsewhere.
