Went here on 8/6/25, opens at 9am and waited until 9:20 and left. Drove 35 minutes to get there. Called and verified they open at 9, no answer on the phone either.
I'd like to express my sincere appreciation for Leslie's Pool Supplies Employee Bryce in Natomas. Bryce's customer service was outstanding. He not only helped me troubleshoot my pool issues and find the correct parts, but he also demonstrated exceptional professionalism by calling me back with additional information as he promised. His dedication to assisting me as a customer was truly exemplary.
Very disappointed. Store scheduled to open at 0900. I was there...called..no answer.rattled the doors. Left 15 mins later Waste of my time. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. WILL NOT USE EVER AGAIN
