Not only did they make us wait a week to get a “technician” our to our house, it seems I knew more about electronics and our system than he did. I was told I’d be receiving a call for an estimate on the repair and no one bothered to call in 3 days!!! Totally unacceptable!

I paid $27 for a chemical the Leslie's clerk told me I needed to clear up my pool, when chlorine worked just fine. They they wouldn't take back the untouched clarifying chemical even though it was unopened. I'll never buy another thing from Leslie's.
