Leslie's Swimming Pool Supply is Horrible I purchased a new chlorine generator cel for my pool Goldline T-15 $539 on sale. At that point they were very helpful and friendly. The next day I went to another pool supply store, they had the same part for $368. I went back to Leslie's with the quote. The kid that was the lead was very rude and dismissive, he foud every excuse why they could not price match. Borderline Rude Employee Spouts Nonsense I've spent several hundred dollars over the past few years at this store, simply because of its convenient location and the fact a competitor in the area moved locations.
Last resort I called their service department to replace my aging filter tank and plumbing connections. A service person was scheduled to arrive at my house between 8:00AM and 12:00. To his credit he showed up at 9:00AM. Impressive! This is the only good part of my review... After a brief chat with my service dude we agreed that he would call me after he estimated the cost of repairs. Fair enough. Pool supplies and service needs Leslie's has been around for years in San Diego and still going strong. Although they may not necessarily be the best company out there for your pool needs, they are definitely knowledgeable.
Good products I buy filters and the like for my pool at home, I would say the staff is nice. The store is in a great locatiin and i don't mind spending money there because the prices are moderate!
