The only reason I gave a 1 star was because zero stars was not an option... I am not even sure where to begin with the terrible service I received... so I will keep it simple. $700 later and 5 weeks after order date I am stuck with a custom spa cover that was made incorrectly. The manager refuses to fix the problem and says that I am the one at fault...
