Never buying another thing from Leslie's. 0 STARS!!!! Absoutely awful cusomer service. Purchased a pump yesterday ($1300) Brand new box - the "O"ring was sliced. I called the store & asked - they did not have one within 200 miles of Modesto. When I asked if they could open a new box so we could have the part today (we took a vacation day off to replace the old pump with the new pump) HARD NO. Great service
I went in to get my water tested, everything was going fine, I did have alot of questions im a first time customer, and Dina, logged the guy out of my account before he got to test and print so she can help her customer, then when he spoke up saying he wasn't done she started bad mouthing him saying he can't multi task and she repeatedly talked down.. all he did was appoligize and tell her he just wasn't done.. since she wouldn't stop and was making my daughter feel uncomfortable, I told her those comments were inappropriate... read more
