Went to this store about a week ago looking for some pool plumbing as my local store didn’t have what we needed. Spoke with Khan and showed him what I was looking for and the equipment I had just ordered. I had ordered a pool pump and filter from Amazon recommended by our previous pool maintenance guy. I had the same experience as the previous two reviews. The guys response to everything is to drain your pool which is the last thing you should do. He is rude and his attitude is terrible I would like to know what is the criteria to work there because that guys whole demeanor is bad. I believe his name is Khan. The service technician (and apparently management) Kahn is the absolute worst at customer service. He's rude and belligerent. A customer should never be treated so badly when the money they spend at this store pays their salary. Find somewhere else to go.
