I came into this store with my sample of water ready to gain some knowledge about my pool maintenance as I am relatively new to in ground pool care. Andrea G was the associate in the morning at what appeared to be a slow time of day. She did test my water and give me a few recommendations as far as what test strips and chemicals. However, when it came to my more specific question as far as the DE and Muriatic Acid. She was very short with me. Jeff is a great guy, I honestly come to the store just for him. He is really helpful and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure you understand what to do and what the tradeoffs are.
