Yesterday, I went to get my pool water tested, but the staff complained that I had only bought from their store once this year. He said if I wasn’t going to make a purchase, I shouldn't come to test the water. I’m very disappointed. This year, I’ve spent around 40-50 dollars at their store and have only had my water tested twice, but I was still treated like this. It’s really disheartening, and I won’t be going back again.

Bought a capacitor for $40 only to have it go out 12 days later. They refused to replace or discount a new one. Found the same one on Amazon for $10… and this, my friends is why I despise Leslie’s. Overpriced, no customer service, and they put the neighborhood stores out of business. (One stop Pool shop)

was told to buy the granulated cyanuric acid. You'll save money. Stuff will not mix. I normally get the liquid. I think this was inventory that was not moving so they foisted it off on me. Won't go there again. In fact thinking about being a pinch a penny customer.

This place is absolutely horrible. Don’t try and bring your cleaner here that you didn’t buy here; the mom and Pop shopped they bought out, would clean my cleaner.
