This was the first time my son and I entered this business to get some chemicals for our Jacuzzi. There was an older male (white hair) who approached us like we were bothering him. I brought him a sample of our water and just needed to know what chemicals I needed to buy so I could get back home. I was not asking for anyone to come to my home or call me later.
