Been my GoTo place for years. Denise is awesome. When I wasn’t certain about a replacement part, she was determined that I not make a mistake and buy the wrong part. Helped puzzle my way to exact fit.
Not good customer service, I normally don't post negative comments, however this store treated me as though I was not worthy of their care... I won't put the person on blast, however I won't revisit this store
So took a pool cleaner into this location to see about fixing it. The representative was staring at the wall doing nothing, but when I initially walked in he was quite helpful. He said he needed to call his manager (who wasn't there) to see if they fixed this item, and was told no. At that point, everything changed and he no longer was interested in talking at all.
