Recently, we went to Leslie’s Pool to purchase a new pool cleaner and ended up buying a Polaris unit. During our visit, we also looked at Maytronics products because we had previously purchased one online through Pool Warehouse. Unfortunately, that turned into a hard lesson learned. We have been customers at this store (#1004, San Pedro and HWY 1604 in San Antonio) for approx. 8 years. Recently, our Polaris pump motor broke and needed replacement. My wife went to the store and the clerk ordered the part. She watched him input the information on the computer, but unknown to her, the clerk failed to hit the "send" button, and the order didn't go through.
