Recently, we went to Leslie’s Pool to purchase a new pool cleaner and ended up buying a Polaris unit. During our visit, we also looked at Maytronics products because we had previously purchased one online through Pool Warehouse. Unfortunately, that turned into a hard lesson learned. The Maytronics cleaner was defective immediately after we put it into the pool. When we contacted Pool Warehouse, we were told we had to deal directly with Maytronics for warranty service.
