We have been customers at this store (#1004, San Pedro and HWY 1604 in San Antonio) for approx. 8 years. Recently, our Polaris pump motor broke and needed replacement. My wife went to the store and the clerk ordered the part. She watched him input the information on the computer, but unknown to her, the clerk failed to hit the "send" button, and the order didn't go through. My pool gurus. Tyler always seems to be working when I go and always has the right advice. Tried chemicals elsewhere too and the quality difference is always apparent.
