Bought a pentair DE filter from Leslie’s. kept proof of purchase. It cracked after eleven months of use. It was properly installed as per Leslie’s own tech upon inspection. They refused to honor the 1 year warrantee. I cannot recommend Leslie’s pool Supply to anyone who wants fair treatment. Called pentair and they refused to intervene even though it was their faulty product, saying it was Leslie’s call to make. I’m done with both of them after thirty years as a customer. My last Pentair filter lasted 25 years.
I went to Leslie's in Mobile Alabama to buy a new bag for my Polaris. An unbranded universal bag was $51.00. I didn't pay that i went to amazon and got 2 for $14.99
Please be careful when having Leslie's do service on your pool. They DO not stand behind their work and the customer service will not call you back. Would not recommend their service or customer service!!!
