I recently wrote a bad review about another Leslie's location because of poor customer service. But I have to give credit where credit is due. This location has the most pleasant and helpful Leslie's employee that I've ever met. (I forgot to ask for her name.) If you want someone who will legitimately try to help you find a solution to your issue, this is the location to visit.
Found piece to sweeper when company said they don’t know thank you Mike for the piece and it is not a lot of money maybe $20 and the other company will be more. This was help and got the sweeper working right again.
The lady in charge of the Bandera Rd store is a pleasant person to work with. Very professional and courteous. Almost seems like the store is her very own. I hope she gets promoted in the near future.
