If you call with any questions best to just ask for the manager. Called to ask if they service pool vacuum was told I could bring in it only to be told when I brought it in that they aren’t taking anymore due to back log.

Had this displeasure of dealing with Anthony who apparently holds a management position. Took Polaris in for repairs. Picked it up a week later only to discover that it had been put back together improperly. Anthony insisted that WE had to have had someone else work on it because his people would never have put it together wrong. Neither my husband or I know how to perform work on it or we wouldn't have taken it in & paid $265 for it to be repaired.
