Had this displeasure of dealing with Anthony who apparently holds a management position. Took Polaris in for repairs. Picked it up a week later only to discover that it had been put back together improperly. Anthony insisted that WE had to have had someone else work on it because his people would never have put it together wrong. Neither my husband or I know how to perform work on it or we wouldn't have taken it in & paid $265 for it to be repaired. 281 location would not honor on line prices from Leslie.com. Clerk told me I could buy online and wait 30 minutes to pick up in the store but I don’t have time for that. Last two visits have been disappointing. I used to come here a lot for chemicals. There are many better options out there now.
Maddie works her tail off for her customers. My owe my success with my pool to her and this store.
