Personable & professional
The bald guy working here that wears his hat backwards is a pissed off employee. He was mad for me not doing tests before I came in. I kept talking about my pool after he printed out test results then got mad that I didn't tell him earlier about potentially having mustard algae (im still not totally sure thats what i have.) But he snatched the paper and got pissed that he had to run results all over again. I was polite and de-escalated because it felt like he wanted a fist fight. The guys who work there as re great. I have been having a very hard time with my pool this year and they have been so kind and helpful putting up with me. They know what they are doing.
