Came to the store early looking for an “0” ring and was promptly helped. The young lady reminded me if that didn’t fix the cleaner they could probably repair it. Came back in later in the day and a young man named Brayden assisted me. He was courteous and professional in his approach. Felt good about the experience.
I will not be back to this location. My wife and I stood at the counter, ready to check out for 15 minutes being completely ignored today. There was ONE customer in the store when I walked in. The girl behind the counter was helping another man with some water tests and advice. I just needed one box of chlorine, so I set it on the counter to wait.
