This review is for the 1-800 number. Customer service was great, the person who assisted me forgot to document my phone number so the tech had no way of contacting me. Okay, these things happen, so I was told I would be contacted to let me know of a new appointment. They took my number and advised to be on the lookout for a call with a 602 area code.
