Nice enough people. My issue is with the quality of products they sell and the lack of support provided for what they sell. Less than 2 months of using a $300 product that quit working, was pretty much told too bad, but another one or fight for the manufacturers warranty. I'll just buy my crappy products from Amazon where I can return them when they don't work. This store won’t even answer their phone!! I called 2 times back to back and let it ring maximum times (10) or more, no one picked up. How sad:(
