FANTASTIC customer service! We’re so glad that we decided to shop local for our pool robot instead of on Amazon. The unit stopped working some days ago (but was still within warranty), so we went back to get it checked out. They sent it out right away for a replacement without a fuss. It was completely hassle free! Phew! We (and our pool cleaning company) and so happy to get our pool robot back today. Thanks, LPS team!

I called the McKinney store on Custer and asked if they did pool repair. Bruce answered & said yes. He set me up for 4/4/23. Ivan came out looked at my problem & said it will be $108.71. I said excuse me for what? He said there is a fee for the estimate. If I did work I would have $60.00 credit towards the work. He then said if I wanted to do the work I had to go in to store, order & pay for parts before they would schedule. Really? I love this store too bad their service department can’t hold a candle. I’ve always loved working with Carl, but today, Noah was Fantastic! He was so helpful with a pump I purchased and answered my many phone calls and had everything ready for pick up! Great job! Thank you Noah! Will definitely be back.
