We had salt cell issues on 3-15 and we didn't know if it was under warranty..Maricella went out of her way to explain how it works when you add salt to the pool..Then she called my husband back (followed up) same day and explained how there system has been down but put in a ticket to follow up because they only go back a certain amountof years.Then she calls us back on 3-16 and let's us know its under warranty..This is what I call good customer service..but she's always nice and have a happy attitude no matter the time of da... read more
