We always try to give this place a chance but seems to get worse. Customer service both employees today very upset they had to be there today.

I think it's great that they will test your water for you. That's a very valuable service. I find the customer service to be worthy of five stars but many items in the store are quite a bit more expensive than what you can find online. I make an effort to buy anything I can from them that is competitively priced to support a local store and reward them for the free testing. I will say that if I had tested with them regularly and paid their higher prices, I may have come out ahead - not sure.

I placed an on-line order for in-store pickup, thinking "what could go wrong?" The guy behind the counter was cheeky, and dismissive. My order was very large and required a hand-truck. Once he reluctantly went to the back to get it, he returned and set the order on the hand-truck in the middle of the store and walked away. Had he offered to help me load it, I probably would have declined. I get the feeling that this location could care less about customer service.
