Store # 1005- Willowbrook and 249 has one of the rudest young managers that apparently was promoted to manager recently. Instead of listening to a customer, she kept cutting me off when I suggested leslie prices were higher than they had been, when the store was wharehouse pools. As I talk she kept TRYING TO OVER TALK ME, s I guessed she has just got out of training and while paying attention to the logistics of products she completely overlooked customer service. BEWARE!!!! Their chemicals aren't strong enough to work ... You will need to go back and back again and spend lots of $$$ ... Try a different place... They told us that certain chemicals were out of whack and once we got that done and went for more FREE water analysts... We needed different things.... We finally had a pool guy come out and he said EVERYTHING was off and that Leslie's does this to a lot of ppl... So just BEWARE.... Nice staff but tooooo expensive....
